Refund & Cancellation Policy

We provide IT services including software development, web/app development, consulting, and digital solutions. Due to the nature of our services, the following refund and cancellation policy applies:

Cancellations

  • Project cancellations must be requested via email at support@igtps.com.
  • If cancellation is requested before work has started, a full refund may be issued.
  • If work has already commenced, cancellation charges will apply based on the work completed.

Refunds

  • Refunds are not applicable for services that have already been delivered or partially completed.
  • Any eligible refund will be processed after internal review and approval.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Refundable Services

  • Custom software development
  • Consulting hours already used
  • Digital services once delivery has started
